Mark Phillips
With 30 years of expansive work in the property and casualty field of insurance, Mark’s claims adjusting experience since 1996 has dealt with large property damage and business interruption losses arising from numerous catastrophic disasters throughout America. He has been an expert witness and case consultant on hurricane losses throughout the Gulf Coast region. Mark is the author and creator of the Claims GPS educational system which offers policyholders guidance, preparation, and success in fulfilling their duties during their claims recovery event.

Raymond M. Blacklidge, Esquire
Ray is a part owner, Executive VP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of American Traditions Insurance Company, and serves as the company’s legislative, legal, and corporate governance leader. He has more than 35 years of experience as an attorney practicing in the insurance field. He is an insurance executive, a business entrepreneur, and a consumer advocate. Ray has many years of experience serving in significant roles of public policy development, legislative drafting, advocacy, lobbying, regulatory compliance, litigation, public affairs, insurance transaction drafting, and execution. He has served both in insurance trade associations as well as “on the line” in the law departments of insurance companies.

Brian Haden
Brian began his insurance carrier in 1998 as a staff adjuster with State Farm Insurance and continued with Liberty Mutual, before becoming an independent adjuster, consultant, and then a public adjuster. Brian has participated in nearly 3,000 appraisals as either the appraiser or umpire and has personally handled claims with loss values in excess of $67 million. He has also been accepted in both federal and state courts as an expert witness. His vast experience in the expert field brings a legal and investigative skill set that is unlike most adjusters. Finally, Brian has personally handled over $150 million dollars’ worth of insurance appraisals.
